Romantic Vision is an intimate portrait of Hugo Grenville. Based on a series of interviews, observational filmmaking and abstract photography, we see him at work in his studio and hear about the joys and frustrations of life as a painter.

The film attempts to capture the particular mood, sensuality and beauty of Hugo’s studio, which, in contrast to the outside world, has a dream-like, meditative and romantic feel.
